摘  要:针对航天仪器在复杂环境中分布式采集节点增多及传输数据量剧烈增加的问题,设计了一种基于沙克总线的可拓展采集系统。系统通过路由器建立通信网络并按需拓扑测量节点,采编系统根据上位机采集指令控制传感阵列轮循采集,上位机可对测量环境进行实时监测并对故障节点进行实时报错。系统采用沙克总线接口,沙克总线接口可将现存所有的总线接口并入沙克总线系统中,包容性强,从而简化整体电缆网络和测量系统,系统整体可实现自构自检,高灵活度重构。实验结果表明,系统具有按需拓扑自主构建的能力,传输数据稳定连贯,可靠性高,能够完成大规模传感阵列实时通信任务。In order to solve the problem of increasing distributed acquisition nodes and transferring data in complex environment, a scalable acquisition system based on SharkNet is designed.The system establishes a communication network with on-demand topology through the router, and the editing system controls the rotation collection of the sensor array according to the acquisition instructions of the upper computer. The upper computer can carry out real-time monitoring of the measurement environment and real-time error reporting of fault nodes.The system adopts SharkNet interface, which can integrate all existing bus interfaces into SharkNet system with strong inclusiveness, so as to simplify the whole cable network and measurement system. The whole system can realize self-construction and high flexibility reconstruction.The experimental results show that the system has the capability of independent topology construction on demand, stable and consistent data transmission, high reliability, and can complete the real-time communication task of large-scale sensor array.
