摘　　要：弹药近爆炸点周围有强烈的烟尘、强光,为了对此环境下形成的破片进行有效测试,应用对射微波测试靶作为无阻碍区截装置,将破片经过的信号转换为电信号,基于STM32F4研制了一种破片信号的采集装置。针对微波测试靶产生的破片特征信号,采用高速运放芯片设计了信号调理电路,以STM32F407为主处理器及其具有的A/D转换器通过软件设计完成信号的数字化处理,采用高速铁电存储器实现大容量数据存储,选用网络接口将采集的破片信号传输至PC端进行破片信号的处理。通过软硬件调试,验证了系统的可行性。There is strong smoke and strong light around the explosive point of the ammunition. In order to effectively test the fragments formed in this environment, the microwave test target is used as an unbindered interception device to convert the signals passing by the fragments into electrical signals, a device for collecting fragment signals based on STM32 F4 has been developed. Aiming at the fragment characteristic signal generated by the microwave test target, a high-speed operational amplifier chip is used to design a signal conditioning circuit. The STM32 F407 is used as the main processor and its A/D converter to complete the digital processing of the signal through software design, and high-speed ferroelectric memory is used. Achieve large-capacity data storage, and select a network interface to transmit the collected fragment signals to the PC for fragment signal processing. Through software and hardware debugging, the feasibility of the system is verified.
