乡村振兴战略下青少年户外营地发展机遇、现实困境与对策

摘　　要：以青少年户外营地作为研究对象,运用访谈法和实地调研法等方法对乡村振兴战略下我国青少年户外营地发展机遇、现实困境进行分析,并基于相关学科理论和域外经验提出我国青少年户外营地的发展对策。产业融合是发展青少年户外营地的内在动力,美丽乡村是青少年户外营地的重要载体。目前青少年户外营地面临土地管制与政府作用难以适应发展需求、人与自然环境缺乏接触、产业发展要素供给不足等困境。提出加大制度供给,释放产业活力;建构多类型产品运营模式;加强产业融合,延长产业链条;发展职业教育,强化人才支撑四项发展对策。With the youth outdoor camp as the research object and the interview and the field investigation as the research methods,the paper analyzes the development opportunity and the predicament of the youth outdoor camp in China under the strategy of rural revitalization.Based on the relevant theories and overseas experience,the paper proposes the development countermeasures of youth outdoor camp in China.Industrial integration is the internal driving force for the development of youth outdoor camps,and beautiful villages are important carriers for youth outdoor camps.However,at present,the outdoor camp for teenagers is faced with the difficulties of land control and failure of government function,lack of contact between men and natural environment,insufficient supply of industrial development elements.This paper puts forward four development countermeasures,i.e.,increasing system supply,releasing industrial vitality,constructing multi-type product operation mode,strengthening industrial integration,prolonging industrial chain,developing vocational education and strengthening talent support.
