摘 要:第24届冬季奥林匹克运动会主办权的成功获得以及多项相关政策的出台,为我国冰雪体育产业的发展带来了强大的动力。基于产业链理论,建构了冰雪体育用品制造产业链基础框架。目前冰雪体育用品制造业呈现出产业链延长度较短、缺乏深度,供需不匹配、忽视终端需求,核心竞争力偏弱、运行水平较低的现实困境。据此提出以下升级路径:推进链位各主体协同合作,打造战略联盟;“后向延伸”挖掘顾客需求,提升服务化能级;立足创新创造,提升产业核心竞争力;局部引入模块化生产,促进产业转型升级。The successful acquisition of the right to host the 24th Winter Olympic Games and the introduction of related policies have brought powerful impetus to the development of ice and snow sports industry in China.Based on the industrial chain theory,the basic framework of ice and snow sporting goods manufacturing industry chain is constructed.At present,the ice and snow sporting product manufacturing industry has the practical problems of short extension of industrial chain,lack of depth,mismatch of supply and demand,neglect of terminal demand,weak core competitiveness and low operation level.Based on this,the paper proposes to promote the cooperation of the main bodies of the chain to create a strategic alliance,to tap the customer demand and improve the service level,to promote the core competitiveness of the industry based on innovation and creation,to introduce partial modular production to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.
