翻转课堂教学在飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术术前固视训练中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨翻转课堂教学在飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术术前固视训练中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月至2020年6月在广西壮族自治区人民医院择期进行飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)手术治疗的近视患者200例为研究对象,按时间分段法将患者分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组按照传统教学方式进行固视训练教学,观察组采用翻转课堂教学方式进行教学,观察比较两组患者手术前主动调整眼位到位情况、术中调整眼位次数、手术耗时、患者对护理工作满意度。结果观察组患者术前主动调整眼位到位率高于对照组,术中调整眼位次数少于对照组,手术耗时少于对照组,患者对护理工作满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂教学能提高SMILE手术固视训练患者主动眼位配合能力,减少术中调整眼位次数,从而减少手术耗时,提高患者对护理工作满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of Flipped Classroom teaching on fixation training of femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE).Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,200 patients with myopia who received SMILE in the People's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of attendance,with 100 cases in each group.The traditional way of fixation training was performed in control group.And the patients in observation group were trained by using Flipped Classroom.Active adjustment of eye in place,length of operation and satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The accuracy rate of adjustment in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The frequency of active adjustment in eyes in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The length of operation in observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).And the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Flipped Classroom teaching improves the coordination ability of active eye position of patients receiving fixation training of SMILE and improving patients'satisfaction on nursing services.
