摘  要:针对秦岭发电有限公司循环冷却水水质特点,提出采用阻垢缓蚀剂-H2SO4-高效缓蚀剂SW^(-1)27联合加药处理方案。静态腐蚀试验确定最佳方案为缓蚀阻垢剂(60mg·L^(-1))+H2SO4(JD调至2.45mmol·L^(-1))+高效缓蚀剂(10mg·L^(-1)),循环水的浓缩倍率从2.0倍可提高到4.76倍,碳钢和黄铜的平均腐蚀速率分别为0.0153、0.0037mm·a^(-1),缓蚀率分别达到92.54%、83.52%。动态模拟实验结果显示,浓缩倍数提高,腐蚀速率均在GB/T 50050-2017《工业循环水冷却水处理规范》范围内,同时试验监视管内结垢少量,未发生局部腐蚀现象。According to the quality of circulating cooling water in Qinling Generation Co.Ltd,A combined treatment scheme of scale inhibitor,sulfuric acid and efficient inhibitor SW^(-1)27 was proposed.the best scheme was determined that corrosion inhibitor(60 mg·L^(-1))+sulfuric acid(JD to 2.45 mmol·L^(-1))+high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor(10 mg·L^(-1))by Static corrosion test,The concentration ratio of circulating water can be increased from 2.0 times to 4.76 times,The average corrosion rate of carbon steel and brass is 0.0153 mm·a^(-1)and 0.0037 mm·a^(-1),Respectively the corrosion inhibition rate reaches 92.54%and 83.52%.The results of the dynamic simulation experiment showed that the concentration ratio increased,and the corrosion rate was within the scope of GB/T 50050-2017"Industrial Circulating Water Cooling Water Treatment Specification".At the same time,there was a small amount of scale in the test monitoring pipe and no local corrosion occurred.
