摘 要:选用黑龙江省哈尔滨市阿城区所种植的汉麻为研究对象,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、示差扫描量热仪、X射线衍射分析仪、粒度分析仪以及扫描电镜对汉麻秆芯的基本物性及形貌进行了分析和表征,对汉麻秆芯进行了初步粉碎并对其粉体进行了多级分离。研究发现,汉麻秆芯的含水量为10.33%,灰分为1.94%,吸水率为143.25%,经筛分后得到-100~+200目粉体1.3294g,收率为16.61%;-200~+400目粉体0.3809g,收率为4.76%;-400目~+600目粉体0.046g,收率为0.58%。汉麻秆芯的主要结晶峰在22~23℃,最小吸收强度在18~19℃之间,玻璃化转变温度在240℃左右,初步粉碎时粉体的平均粒度为51.5μm(300目)左右。Hemp hurd grown in Acheng District,Harbin,Heilongjiang,was chosen as the study object,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),x-ray diffraction(xrd)、particle size analyzer and Scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to test the basic structural characteristics and related properties of hemp hurd.The core of hemp stalk was comminuted and its powder was separated by multi-stage method.The core of hemp hurd was crushed and its component parts were discussed.It was found that the hemp hurd’s water content was 10.33%,the ash content was 1.94%and the absorption rate was 143.25%.After sieving,the powder of-100~+200 mesh has 1.3294 g with 16.61%yield,-200~+400 mesh has 0.3809 g with 4.76%yield,-400~+600 mesh has 0.046 g with 0.58%yield.The main crystal peak of the core was from 22℃to 23℃,the minimum absorption strength was from 18 to 19℃,the glass transition temperature of the core was about 240℃,and the average particle size of the powder was about 51.5 m(300 Mesh).
