摘 要:提出了一种基于光学折射原理的无损检测眼镜镜片折射率的方法。在使用三点弧度仪和CMM三坐标测量仪的基础上,以具有光学减反射(AR)薄膜的非球面镜片为测试对象测量折射率,并对结果进行分析讨论。此外,本研究通过对测量原理的优化和扩展,应用已知折射率的辅助软性凝胶设计了测试过程更为简化的第三种检测方案,折射率的准确度显著提升。Non-destructive method for measuring refractive index of spectacle lens is proposed using optical refraction principle.Three-point radiometer and coordinate measurement machine(CMM)were used as the key toolset for refractive index measurement on aspheric spectacle lenses with anti-reflective thin film coating,and the results were analyzed and discussed.Additionally,as an extension and optimization of the measuring principle,an assistant flexible gel with known refractive index was used as the 3 rd measuring system.The operation of the measuring process was more simple and the accuracy of the refractive index measurement was further improved.
