摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、观察法和逻辑分析法,以尚氏形意十二形中的鹞形为例,剖析鹞这种动物与鹞形的联系,把鹞的独特之处与形意拳中五行拳的基本动作劈、崩、钻、炮、横以及三体式相结合,体现出鹞形的技击动作与演练技巧,从而形成具有鹞的独特特点的鹞形,最终使习练者在对鹞认识的同时,把鹞形的套路与实战应用练到更高的程度。Through literature review,expert interview,observation and logical analysis,this paper takes yao-style in Shang’s twelve-xingyi(xingyiquan,Form-Intention Fist)as an example,and combines the characteristics of circinae with the five basic movements(split,collapse,drill,shot and walk-across)in xingyiquan,as well as three movements.Yaostyle attack and defense movement and practice way are shown,and the fist style with Yao’s characteristics is generated,so that the practitioners will have a good understanding of this style,while at the same time have a higher level in its routine movement and field practice.
