高校无纸化电子档案影像管理系统的构建

摘　　要：高校在管理过程中会形成大量的文件。许多高校经过多年累积,保存了数量庞大的纸质材料。这些纸质材料的保存需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力和空间,且纸质材料的查询和利用率非常低。高校无纸化电子影像管理系统负责纸质文件和电子文件的信息采集和处理,具备办公流程功能,并能与高校现存审批系统进行无缝集成,实现无纸化办公信息流转,一方面可将纸质材料中的信息充分挖掘出来,另一方面也可减少纸质材料的堆积,实现档案信息的长期电子化保存。In the process of office work in colleges and universities in China,a large number of paper materials have been saved after years of accumulation.The preservation of these paper materials requires a lot of manpower,material,financial resources and space,and the inquiry and utilization rate of paper materials is very low.The paperless electronic image management system in colleges and universities is responsible for collecting and processing the information of paper documents and electronic documents,On the one hand,the information in the paper material can be fully excavated.On the other hand,it can also reduce the accumulation of paper materials and realize the long-term electronic preservation of archival information.
