摘  要:可生物降解聚合物多孔支架已成为组织工程的研究热点。文中采用超临界CO2微发泡技术,对聚乳酸(PLA)与聚己内酯(PCL)共混材料进行发泡,并分析了发泡工艺、材料配比对PCL/PLA共混体系泡孔形态的影响。实验结果表明,随着保压压力的升高,泡孔直径减小、泡孔密度增加;随着发泡温度的升高,泡孔直径增大、泡孔密度减小;随着保压时间的延长,泡孔直径增大、泡孔密度略有降低,最终趋于稳定。泡孔直径和泡孔密度决定着开孔度的大小。随着PLA含量的增加,PCL/PLA共混体系的泡孔密度增大,泡孔直径减小。Biodegradable polymer porous scaffolds have become the research focus of tissue engineering.The microcellular materials of polylactic acid(PLA)and polycaprolactone(PCL)blends were fabricated and investigated through supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology.The influence of process parameters and material proportions on the cell morphology was analyzed.The SEM results indicate that the increase of saturation pressure leads to the decrease of cell size and the increase of cell density.With the increase of saturation temperature,the average cell size increases,the cell density decreases significantly.With the increase of saturation time,the average cell size increases,the cell density decreases slightly,and both of them tend to be stable completely.The open-cell content depends on the comprehensive effect of average cell size and cell density.With the increase of PLA content of the PCL/PLA blends,the cell density increases,and the average cell size decreases.
