摘  要:首先以三乙醇胺(TEOA)为引发剂、辛酸亚锡(Sn(Ot)2)为催化剂、己内酯(CL)为单体制备了聚己内酯(PCL),然后用甲苯2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)对PCL进行扩链得到端异氰酸基的聚氨酯预聚物。最后通过3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)封端并加水乳化,得到自抛光水性聚氨酯(SWPU)防污涂料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、差示扫描量热仪、热重分析仪等对聚合物的结构和热性能进行分析与表征;通过降解速率,防污剂释放速率及实海挂板测试研究了涂料的自抛光防污性能。结果表明,SWPU在人工海水(ASW)中可以匀速降解,在脂肪酶PS的作用下可加速降解,验证了其良好的自抛光性能。不仅如此,调节防污剂的含量可以有效控制防污剂的释放速率。实海挂板试验表明,该涂料至少具有180 d的防污期效。Polycaprolactone(PCL)was prepared via ring-opening polymerization of caprolactone(CL)with the presence of triethanolamine(TEOA)and stannous octoate(Sn(Ot)2).Then,the resulted PCL reacted with 2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI),2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA),obtaining a polyurethane pre-polymer.Finally,the self-polishing waterborne polyurethane(SWPU)antifouling coating was prepared by post-modifying the resulted pre-polymerusing 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550).The structure and thermal properties of the polymer were analyzed by Fourier transforminfrared spectrometer(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA).The antifouling properties were investigated by studying the degradation rate of SWPU,releasing rate of the antifouling agent and a real sea hanging board test.The results show that SWPU has a good self-polishing property,because it could be uniformly degraded in artificial seawater(ASW)and lipase PS solution.Moreover,the release rate of the antifouling agent for SWPU could be effectively controlled by adjusting the content of the antifouling agent.The real sea hanging board test also represents a good antifouling property within 180 d.
