摘 要:现代无张力修补手术是目前治疗疝气最主要的手术方法,该方法采用疝气补片取代局部组织缺损。针对目前腹壁疝气手术中常用的聚丙烯(PP)补片存在的术后不适感及粘连脏器等不足,文中采用浸涂法,将生物相容性优良的聚乳酸乙醇酸共聚物(PLGA)涂覆在PP补片一侧,制备了PLGA/PP腹壁复合补片,研究了其体外降解性能,并与PP补片的力学性能对比。结果表明,PLGA/PP补片有更好的弹性和拉伸性能,相比PP补片,PP/PLGA补片的纵向弹性回复率增加了5.6%,PP/PLGA补片的纵、横向断裂强力和断裂伸长率分别增加了61.79 N,68.49 N和39.5%,24.4%,PLGA先从内部开始降解的特性,有利于避免补片植入前期脏器粘连问题的出现。PLGA/PP补片有望成为一种新型腹壁疝修补片。Modern tension-free repair is currently the main surgical method for the treatment of hernias.This method uses a hernia patch to replace local tissue defects.To address the shortcomings of postoperative discomfort and adhesion of the polypropylene(PP)patches commonly used in abdominal hernia surgery,in this paper,a dip coating method was used to coat a poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)on the side of a PP patch to prepare a PLGA/PP abdominal wall composite patch,studied its degradation performance,and compared its mechanical properties with PP patch.The results show that PLGA/PP patch has better elasticity and tensile properties than PP patch.Compared with PP patch,the vertical elastic recovery rate of PP/PLGA patch is increased by 5.6%,while the vertical and horizontal breaking strength and elongation at break of PP/PLGA patch are increased by 61.79 N,68.49 N and 39.5%and 24.4%,respectively.PLGA begins to degrade from the inside,which is helpful to avoid the problem of organ adhesion in the early stage of patch implantation.PLGA/PP is expected to be a new type of abdominal hernia patch.
