摘 要:结合当前激光光源与光纤元器件发展现状,提出一种差动型谐振式光纤陀螺方案。该方案采用三束窄线宽激光注入空芯光子晶体光纤构成的谐振腔,基于三频差动的信号检测原理进行陀螺信号的检测,以降低光纤环的环境敏感性和背向散射噪声,遏制双路陀螺共模噪声,增大陀螺敏感转速信号,提高系统检测灵敏度。通过对差动型谐振式空芯光子晶体光纤陀螺工作原理与精度分析,确定陀螺中谐振腔、光源以及检测控制系统的设计要求,结合关键技术研究,实现硅基自由光学耦合谐振腔首轮样机。差动谐振式光纤陀螺样机尺寸为Ф48 mm×25 mm,基于光纤准直器的谐振腔实现精细度32,样机常温静态下零偏稳定性达到1°/h。该方案的提出及实现,为谐振式光纤陀螺奠定了高精度和小型化的基础,具有极大的工程化应用潜力。Combined with the current development of laser source and optical fiber devices,a differential resonant fiber optic gyro scheme is proposed.Three narrow-line width lasers are injected into the cavity of hollow photonic crystal fiber to detect the signal of gyroscope based on the principle of three-frequency differential signal detection.The scheme can reduce the environmental sensitivity and backscattering noise of the fiber ring,curb the common mode noise of the dual-channel gyroscope,increase the gyro sensitive speed signal,and improve the detection sensitivity of the system.Based on differential resonance hollow core photonic crystal fiber optic gyro principle and precision analysis,the design requirements of resonant cavity,light source and detection and control system in gyro are determined.Combined with the key technology research,the first round prototype of free optical coupling resonator based on silicon is realized.The size of differential resonant fiber optic gyro prototype isФ48 mm×25 mm.The fineness of the resonator based on optical fiber collimator is 32,and the zero-offset stability of the prototype reaches 1°/h in normal temperature and static conditions.The proposal and realization of the scheme lay the foundation of high precision and miniaturization for resonant fiber optic gyroscope,and have great potential in engineering application.
