炼化工程施工企业在沙特阿拉伯市场的国际化用工浅析

摘　　要：国际化用工是劳动密集型中国施工企业走向国际化的必经之路。本文以炼化工程施工企业在沙特阿拉伯施工总承包项目为例,结合沙特阿拉伯经济、文化和社会背景,对沙特阿拉伯当前劳动力现状进行了分析,并结合传统经验及项目实际提炼了国际化用工模式,阐述了落实沙特阿拉伯本土化用工的特殊意义,提出了在国际化用工中存在的问题及应对设想,希望给炼化工程施工企业“走出去”提供一定的参考。International employment is critical for labor-intensive Chinese construction enterprises when working abroad.Taking the EPC projects of refining and chemical engineering construction enterprises in Saudi Arabia as an example,combined with Saudi Arabia’s political,economic,cultural and social background,this paper analyzes the current situation of Saudi Arabia’s labor force,refines the international employment mode with traditional experience and project reality,expounds the special significance of implementing Saudi Arabia’s localized employment,and puts forward the existing problems and countermeasures strategy in international employment,which will hopefully provide some reference for the refining and chemical construction enterprises who aim to go international.
