摘 要:市政污泥是污水处理后的副产物,具有含水率高的特点,无法直接利用,所以实现污泥减量是达成污泥资源化利用至关重要的一步。污泥低温热泵干化是直接干化的一种形式,具有运营费用低、配套设施少、环保能效高等特点。本文简要介绍了低温热泵干化的原理与运行特点,结合应用案例,探索污泥低温干化的发展方向,并进行经济分析,论证了低温热泵干化技术在污泥干化领域推广的可行性,为污泥处理行业添砖加瓦。Municipal sludge is a by-product of sewage treatment,which has the characteristics of high water content and cannot be used directly,therefore,the realization of sludge reduction is a crucial step to achieve resource utilization of sludge.Sludge low-temperature heat pump drying is a form of direct drying,which has the characteristics of low operating costs,fewer supporting facilities,and high environmental protection and energy efficiency.This paper briefly introduces the principle and operating characteristics of low-temperature heat pump drying,combined with application cases,explores the development direction of low-temperature sludge drying,and conducts economic analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of low-temperature heat pump drying technology in the field of sludge drying,thereby contributing to the sludge treatment industry.
