摘  要:单管配注器具有流量调节范围大、聚合物黏度损失较小等优点,配注管中流动的聚合物溶液属于非牛顿流体,配注管的结构形式对流动压力调节的影响显著,人们需要对其进行分析和优化。本文通过对配注器内聚合物流动进行理论研究和数值分析,得到了环形槽、波纹管、折线形等不同结构形式对摩阻调节范围的影响特性。结果表明,流量相同时,纺锤体产生的节流压差最大,波纹管最小;所有模拟计算的配注器结构中,最为理想的结构是纺锤体模型,在较小注入量条件下,其能够达到较大节流压差的目的。在此基础上,本文提出了配注工具的优化方案。The single-tube dispenser has the advantages of large flow adjustment range and low polymer viscosity loss,the polymer solution flowing in the injection pipe is a non-Newtonian fluid,and the structure of the injection pipe has a significant influence on the flow pressure adjustment,and people need to analyze and optimize it.In this paper,through theoretical research and numerical analysis of polymer flow in the dispenser,the influence characteristics of different structures such as annular groove,bellows,and broken line shape on the adjustment range of friction are obtained.The results show that when the flow rate is the same,the throttling pressure difference produced by the imitation hammer is the largest,and the bellows is the smallest;among all the simulated and calculated dispenser structures,the most ideal structure is the imitation hammer,which can achieve the purpose of larger throttling pressure difference under the condition of smaller injection volume.On this basis,this paper proposes an optimization plan for the dispensing tool.
