摘 要:生活垃圾焚烧是实现资源循环利用的有效方式,但是一旦处置不当,就容易影响生态环境。为了挖掘有关问题的解决路径,本文对生活垃圾焚烧发电厂运行期间伴随的风险进行分析,确定最大影响因素为二噁英。其间通过构建环境风险评价体系,对某生活垃圾焚烧发电项目环境污染相关参数进行预测。测试结果表明,当爆炸点移动到风向轴线170 m处,人体摄入量贡献数值与参考标准持平,人们要依据此数值设定卫生防护距离和环境防护距离。Domestic waste incineration is an effective way to realize resource recycling,but once it is improperly handled,it will easily affect the ecological environment.In order to dig out the solutions to related problems,this paper analyzes the risks associated with the operation of household waste incineration power plants,and determines that the biggest influencing factor is dioxins.In the meantime,through the establishment of an environmental risk assessment system,the environmental pollution related parameters of a domestic waste incineration power generation project are predicted.The test results show that when the explosion point moves to 170 m on the wind direction axis,the contribution value of human intake is equal to the reference standard,and people should set the health protection distance and environmental protection distance based on this value.
