摘  要:工业污泥回收价值高,具有显著的生态效益和经济效益,但是污泥焚烧后产生的烟气含有大量污染物,需要进行综合治理。本文首先探讨了多种脱酸工艺,然后重点对钠碱法和石灰石石膏法进行技术比较并开展运行经济分析,最后根据污泥焚烧烟气的特点,提出适合目前环保要求的烟气脱酸处理工艺。研究表明,干法脱酸+湿法脱酸复合工艺具有诸多优点,值得广泛推广和应用。Industrial sludge has high recovery value and has significant ecological and economic benefits,however,the flue gas produced after incineration of sludge contains a large amount of pollutants,which requires comprehensive treatment.This paper first discussed a variety of deacidification processes,and then focused on the technical comparison of the limestone gypsum method and the sodium-alkali method and the economic analysis of operation,finally proposed a flue gas deacidification treatment process suitable for current environmental protection requirements according to the characteristics of sludge incineration flue gas.Studies have shown that the combined process of dry deacidification+wet deacidification has many advantages and is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
