摘 要:从我国物流业碳排放现状着手,分析了低碳视角下发展绿色物流的意义以及存在的问题,在此基础上从基础设施建设及低碳化设备应用、行业政策法规完善及标准制定、低碳物流理念普及与低碳人才培养、外部激励机制推进、低碳物流技术研发、企业低碳创新能力提升等方面提出了低碳视角下发展绿色物流的几点思考。Starting from the current status of the carbon emissions of the logistics industry in China,this paper analyzes the significance and existing problems of the development of green logistics from a low-carbon angle.On this basis,by focusing on infrastructure construction and the application of low-carbon equipment,formulation and perfection of industry policies,regulations and standards,popularization of the low-carbon logistics concept,promotion of external incentives for low-carbon talent training,research and development of low-carbon logistics technologies,and improvement of low-carbon innovation capabilities of the logistics enterprises,the paper puts forward several thoughts on the development of green logistics in China.
