摘 要:以福建省为例,主要从经济能力、物流发展潜力、服务能力和地理要素等四方面提出了影响福建省水产品冷链物流网络的指标,运用灰色聚类的分析方法,将福建省主要的9个地级市作为物流节点进行水产品冷链物流网络的总体规划,提出了较为具体的布局方案。结果表明,将福州、厦门、泉州和漳州四市作为冷链物流园区节点城市;将龙岩和莆田两市作为物流中心节点城市;将三明、南平和宁德三市作为配送中心的节点城市。在此基础上,综合考虑福建省地理要素和物流网络经济性,对水产品冷链物流网络布局予以细化,以期为相关决策提供参考。Taking Fujian Province as an example,we pointed out the indicators affecting the aquatic products cold chain logistics network of the province on the four aspects of economic capacity,logistics development potential,service capacity,and geographical elements.Using the grey clustering process,we planned the overall aquatic products cold chain logistics network of Fujian with the nine main prefecture-level cities in the province as logistics nodes,and came up with a specific layout arrangement.The result showed that Fuzhou,Xiamen,Quanzhou and Zhangzhou could function as the cold chain logistics park node cities of the network;Longyan and Putian as the logistics center node cities;and Sanming,Nanping and Ningde as the distribution center node cities.On this basis,after comprehensively considering the geographical elements of Fujian province and the economic property of the logistics network,we fine-tuned the layout of the aquatic products cold chain logistics network of the province so as to provide reference for relevant decision-making.
