摘　　要：通过对当前高校物流管理专业“以赛促学”概况的综述,提出其中存在的主要问题及其成因,基于此,构建了“以赛促学”背景下的分层式教学模式,并指出了推动该模式成功实施的几个关键点。In this paper,through a summary of the current situation of the practice of"promoting learning by competition"by the college logistics management specialty,we pointed out the main problems existing therein and their causes.Then,on such basis,we constructed a hierarchical teaching mode under the background of"promoting learning by competition"and highlighted the several key points for its successful implementation.
