知识管理在非物质文化遗产档案领域的应用探析

摘　　要：知识管理是知识经济时代提出的新管理思潮与方法,如何使非遗档案成为助力民族紧密团结与繁荣发展的"知识资本",是知识管理理论范式下非遗档案工作的重要使命。文章将知识管理与非遗档案的收集、保管和开发利用相结合,从知识管理的知识获取、知识组织与存储、知识创造与共享三个层面,探讨其在非遗档案领域的应用问题,为非遗档案工作的创新提供了具体的操作思路。Knowledge management is a new thought and method of management proposed by management scholars in order to help organizations cope with the challenges of the information new economy era.How to make the Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives become the"knowledge capital"to improve the close unity and prosperity of ethnic groups is an important mission of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives work under the paradigm of knowledge management theory.This paper combines knowledge management with the collection,storage,development and utilization of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives.It discusses the application of knowledge management in the field of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archives from three aspects:knowledge acquisition,knowledge organization and storage,knowledge creation and sharing,and provides specific operational ideas for the innovation of intangible cultural heritage archives.
