摘 要:本研究以翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)为母本,分别以斑鳜(S.Scherzeri)、花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicas)、大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)为父本进行杂交试验。结果显示:与对照组(翘嘴鳜自交)相比,杂交组的受精率明显偏低,远缘杂交(与花鲈、大口黑鲈)的受精率分别为53.6%、32.4%,近缘杂交(与斑鳜)受精率达82.1%,且仅有翘嘴鳜自交组和斑鳜近缘杂交组成功孵化出子代,两个远缘杂交组孵化率均为0%。表明翘嘴鳜卵与花鲈、大口黑鲈精子具有一定亲和性,但翘嘴鳜与花鲈、大口黑鲈可能存在繁殖障碍,而与斑鳜之间不存在障碍,提示翘嘴鳜远缘杂交在翘嘴鳜育种中不可行。The cross-fertilization was established between Siniperca chuatsi(♀)and Lateolabrax japonicus(♂),S.chuatsi(♀)and Micropterus salmoides(♂),S.chuatsi(♀)and S.Scherzeri(♂),and the self-fertilization of S.chuatsi wa set as control group.The results showed that the fertilization rate of the hybridization groups was much lower than the control group,and the hybrid F1 of S.chuatsi(♀)×S.scherzeri(♂)was obtained.It was suggested that the egg of S.chuatsi showed the affinity with the sperms of L.japonicus and M.salmoides.There were the reproduction barriers between S.chuatsi and L.japonicus,S.chuatsi and M.salmoides,but not between S.chuatsi and S.scherzeri.The result also indicated that the wide hybridization could be not a good breeding strategy for S.chuatsi.
