摘　　要：模块化的运用可以激励设计创新,利用模块化产品建构来协调开发过程,能够快速整合许多组织的资源和能力以形成产品开发"资源链",灵活应对环境变化。文章基于模块化建构理论,对模块化创新黑箱进行了分析,从部件创新、产品建构创新、产品整体功能创新角度出发,归纳了我国企业模块化创新的路径。通过查阅中国统计年鉴、中国科技统计年鉴、联合国商品贸易统计数据等,进行比较研究发现我国企业在产业价值升级、全球价值链攀升等方面存在的困难。最后,提出了提升我国企业模块化创新能力的政策建议。The use of modularity can encourage design innovation, coordinate development process, quickly integrate organizational resources and capabilities to form product development "resource chain", and flexibly respond to environmental changes. Based on the theory of modular construction, this paper analyzes the black box of modular innovation, and concludes the path of modular innovation in Chinese enterprises from the perspectives of component innovation, product construction innovation and product function innovation. By consulting China Statistical Yearbook, China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook and UN Merchandise Trade Statistics, this paper makes a comparative study and points out the difficulties of Chinese enterprises in upgrading industrial value and climbing global value chain. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the modularization innovation ability of Chinese enterprises.
