摘 要:三电平双Buck逆变器具有无桥臂直通和无开关二极管反向恢复的独特优点,多用于对逆变电压质量要求严格的场合。通常采用半周期控制,但半周期控制会使电感电流断续,导致输出电压产生过零畸变。本文以改善由于电流断续导致的电压畸变,提高输出电压质量为目的。首先介绍了三电平双Buck逆变器的工作模态,介绍了半周期控制下电路的工作原理,并分析了逆变输出电压过零畸变的原因;然后以输出电压质量为目标,提出占空比补偿的控制方法。最后通过仿真验证方法的有效性,仿真结果显示采用占空比补偿的控制方法比采用传统SPWM调制方法的谐波提高1%。仿真结果表明,所设计的占空比补偿的控制方法能有效降低输出电压过零时畸变程度,改善电压质量。The three-level double Buck inverter has the unique advantages of no bridge arm through and no switch diode reverse recovery, which is mostly used in the occasions with strict requirements for inverter voltage quality. Usually, half cycle control is used, but the inductor current will be interrupted, resulting in zero crossing distortion of output voltage. The purpose is to improve the voltage distortion caused by intermittent current and improve the quality of output voltage. First introduces the working mode of the three-level double Buck inverter, introduces the working principle of the circuit under the single cycle control, and analyzes the causes of the zero crossing distortion of the inverter output voltage. Then, taking the output voltage quality as the objective, the control method of duty cycle compensation is proposed. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the control method with duty cycle compensation is 1% higher than that with traditional SPWM modulation method. The simulation results means that the designed control method of duty cycle compensation can effectively reduce the distortion degree of output voltage when the zero crossing, and improve the voltage quality.
