摘　　要：文章要通过对皖北农村地区进行分析,从便民服务、教育服务、医疗服务和治安服务4个方面来研究皖北农村地区公共服务的公平性,根据调查分析的结果就如何提升整个皖北农村公共服务水平与基础设施的完善,提出一些建设性的建议。Based on the analysis of rural areas in northern Anhui,this paper analyzes the equity of public services in rural areas in northern Anhui from four aspects:convenience services,education services,medical services and public security services,and puts forward some constructive suggestions on how to improve the level of public services and infrastructure in rural areas in northern Anhui.
