摘　　要：中国学生饮用奶计划是一项国家营养干预计划,"学生饮用奶计划"的核心原则是安全,严格的标准是实施安全原则的保证。中国奶业协会通过制定团体标准对学生饮用奶质量安全进行专项性的规范。本文将介绍和剖析《学生饮用奶生牛乳》《学生饮用奶灭菌调制乳》《学生饮用奶纯牛奶》标准特点,并与我国相应食品安全国家标准进行对比分析。School milk of China is a national nutrition intervention program,and the core principle is safety.The strict standards are the prerequistie for implementation of safety principles.The Dairy Association of China makes specific regulations on school milk to guarantee it’s quality and safety.This study analyzes the standards of"Raw Milk for School Milk""Sterilized School Milk""Ultra high-temperature School Milk"and compared with the National Food Safety Standard in China.
