摘 要:针对微波探测旋翼无人机多普勒回波信号微弱的问题,通过对目标多普勒效应及微多普勒效应的分析,设计了一种微波探测模块后端的信号运算放大电路。结合目标运动特性,制定回波信号处理电路设计指标,选用LM2904运算放大器构成二级运算放大电路,并确定外围电路参数。运放电路在不同频率下,产生不同放大倍数,实现对目标多普勒回波信号的准确放大。仿真及实验结果表明,该信号处理电路具有良好的频率响应,有利于提高微波收发模块的探测精度。Aiming at the problem of the weak Doppler echo signal of the microwave detection rotary-wing UAV,by analyzing the target Doppler effect and the micro-Doppler effect,a signal operational amplifier circuit at the back of the microwave detection module is designed.Combining the target motion characteristics,formulate the design index of the echo signal processing circuit,select the LM2904 operational amplifier to form the secondary operational amplifier circuit,and determine the peripheral circuit parameters.The operational amplifier circuit produces different magnifications at different frequencies to achieve accurate amplification of the target Doppler echo signal.Simulation and experimental results show that the signal processing circuit has a good frequency response,which is beneficial to improve the detection accuracy of the microwave transceiver module.
