摘 要:针对城市井盖远程监测中要求监测终端寿命长、功耗低的特点,提出了一种低功耗NB-IoT远程监测终端设计方案,方案主要从芯片选型、电路设计、工作模式、程序优化四个方面完成了低功耗终端的设计。终端以ATXMEGA单片机作为主控芯片,以ADXL362三轴加速度传感器监测井盖姿态,以ME3616-G1A窄带物联网模组进行位置信息采集和通信,采取间歇工作模式来优化功耗。实验表明,设计的低功耗NB-IoT远程监测终端静态电流为11.126μA,最高工作电流为77.961 mA,使用3500mAh电池可工作长达6.3年。With regard to the characteristics of long life and low power consumption of monitoring terminal in urban manhole cover remote monitoring,a low-power NB-IoT remote monitoring terminal design scheme is proposed.The design of low-power terminal was mainly completed from four aspects,chips selection,circuit design,working mode and program optimization.Using ATXMEGA microcontroller as the main control chip,and ADXL362 triaxial acceleration sensor to monitor the posture of the manhole cover,and ME3616-G1 A narrowb and internet of things module to collect location and communicate information,intermittent operation mode is adopted to optimize power consumption.Experiments show that the design of low-power NB-IoT remote monitoring terminal has a static current of 11.126μA and a maximum working current of 77.961 mA.The 3500 mAh battery can work for up to 6.3 years.
