脑梗死患者肝功能和凝血功能相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究脑梗死患者的肝功能指标与凝血功能指标间存在的相关性。方法选取2019年1-12月天津市环湖医院收治的经检查确诊为脑梗死伴肝损害患者50例作为观察组,另选同期脑梗死不伴肝损害患者50例作为对照组,采集所有受试者的外周血标本,分别对两组的肝功能指标及凝血功能指标进行测定和比较,并对脑梗死患者肝功能和凝血功能指标进行相关性分析。结果观察组肝功能指标中TP和ALB水平均低于对照组;观察组凝血功能指标中FIB水平低于对照组,PT、APTT和TT水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死患者AST和ALT与PT、APTT、FIB具有相关性,TP与APTT具有相关性,ALB与PT、APTT、FIB、TT具有相关性(均|r|>0.3,均P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者肝功能与凝血功能之间存在相关性,可能和脑梗死患者体内肝脏的蛋白合成功能发生改变有关,需要进一步的研究进行验证。Objective To investigate the correlation between liver function and blood coagulation function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods From January to December 2019,50 patients with cerebral infarction with liver damage admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital were selected as observation group,and 50 paitients with cerebral infarction without liver damage were selected as control group at the same term.The peripheral blood samples of all subjects were collected.The liver function and coagulation function of the two groups were measured and compared,and the correlation between liver function and blood coagulation function of patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results The levels of TP and ALB in liver function indexes of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the levels of FIB in blood coagulation function indexes of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the level of PT,APTT and TT were higher than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among cerebral infarction patients,AST and ALT were correlated with PT,APTT and FIB,TP was correlated with APTT,ALB was correlated with PT,APTT,FIB and TT(all |r|>0.3,all P<0.05).Conclusion There was a correlation between liver function and blood coagulation function in patients with cerebral infarction,which might be related to the change of protein synthesis function of liver in patients with cerebral infarction,which needed further research to verify.
