泛发性幼年黄色肉芽肿一例

摘　　要：2岁男性患儿,全身多发性丘疹、结节1年。皮肤科情况:头皮、面部、躯干、四肢大量黄白色或黄红色丘疹或结节。组织病理示真皮内有大量泡沫细胞和Touton巨细胞浸润。诊断为泛发性幼年黄色肉芽肿。未予特殊治疗,随访1年,皮损有消退趋势。A 2-year-old boy presented with multiple papules and nodules spreading all over the whole body for one year.Physical examination revealed that a large number of yellow-white or yellow-red papules or nodules on the scalp,face,trunk and limbs.Histopathological examination showed that there were a large number of foam cells and Touton giant cells infiltrated in the dermis.The diagnosis was generalized juvenile xanthogranuloma.No special treatment was given,and the skin lesions tended to subside gradually during 1 year’s follow-up.
