摘 要:为了减少某芳烃联合装置有机废气的挥发并进行有效的收集,设计了油气回收系统,包括油气收集和油气回收部分,对油气回收部分,重点研究了氧含量分析仪控制、油气总线压力和分液罐顶压力控制、低压废气管网总管压力控制、分液罐液位控制五个控制方案,实现了油气回收系统的自动控制。并从安全的角度对回收系统进行补充设计,增加了可操作性和安全性。In order to reduce the volatilization and collect organic waste gas effectively for one aromatics complex plant,an oil and gas recovery system is designed,The system includes oil and gas collection part and recovery part.For oil and gas recovery part,five control schemes are mainly studied,including oxygen content analyzer control,oil and gas bus pressure,top pressure of liquid separator,pressure control of main pipe of low-pressure exhaust gas pipe network,and liquid level control of liquid separator.The automatic control of oil and gas recovery system is realized.From the safety point of view,the operability and safety of the recovery system is increased due to the supplement design to the recovery system.
