摘 要:为研究本交笼养模式下产蛋后期蛋种鸡羽毛损伤度与鸡体血液生化指标、生产性能的相关性,试验选取54周龄本交笼养海兰褐蛋种鸡231只,其中210只母鸡,21只公鸡,依据羽毛损伤程度分为3组,羽毛评分1为羽毛完整组(试验Ⅰ组),羽毛评分0.5为轻微损伤组(试验Ⅱ组),羽毛评分0为损伤严重组(试验Ⅲ组),每组设7个重复,每个重复11只。采用单因素方差分析、皮尔逊(Pearson)相关性检验分析羽毛损伤度与生产性能和血液生化指标之间的关系。结果显示:啄羽、走动、饮水行为,试验Ⅲ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);血清色氨酸(Trp)、吲哚胺-2,3-双加氧酶(IDO)、犬尿氨酸-3-单氧化酶(KMO)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平,试验Ⅲ组显著低于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);而皮质酮(CORT)水平,试验Ⅲ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);平均日采食量和产蛋率,试验Ⅲ组显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。研究表明:本交笼养条件下,产蛋后期蛋种鸡羽毛损伤度与血清Trp、KMO、IDO、5-HT水平呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与采食量及CORT水平呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)In order to study the correlation between the degree of feather damage and blood biochemical indexes and production performance of egg breeder hens at the late egg-laying stage under this cross-cage rearing model, Atotal of 54-week-old 231 Hyline Brown egg breeders that kept in captivity were selected and divided into threegroups according to the degree of feather damage, including 210 hens and 21 roosters, feather score 1 was the intactfeather group, which is the test group Ⅰ, feather score 0.5 was the mild damage group, which is the test group Ⅱ,feather score 0 was the severe group, which is the test group Ⅲ, and each group had 7 replicates, 11 in each replicate.One-way Anova and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze the relationship between feather damage and productionperformance and blood biochemical indexes. The results showed that the behaviors of feather pecking, walking, drinkingin test group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of test group Ⅰ(P<0.05). Serum tryptophan(Trp), indoleamide-2,3-bis-oxygenase(IDO), kynurenine-3-monooxygenase(KMO), 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) levels in test group Ⅲ weresignificantly lower than test group Ⅰ(P<0.05), while corticosterone(CORT) level in test group Ⅲ was significantly higherthan test group Ⅰ(P<0.05). The average daily feed intake and egg laying rate in test group Ⅲ were significantly higherthan test group Ⅰ(P<0.05). In this cross-cage breeding condition, the degree of feather damage of egg breeders wassignificantly negatively correlated with the levels of serum Trp, KMO, IDO, 5-HT(P<0.01), and significantly positivelycorrelated with feed intake and CORT level at the late egg-laying stage(P<0.01).
