摘　　要：华北平原作为北宋政治中心和保障北部边界安全的屏藩,一直是北宋统治者倚重的地区。北宋初统治者通过调整其经济政策,以适应社会经济发展要求。这一方面给华北经济发展注入了一定活力,另一方面国防型经济格局的变化,也对华北经济发展起到一定的制约作用。Dominator of the Northern Song Dynasty put a high valuation on North China Plain which is the political center and secure barrier on the northern border.In the early Song Dynasty,the dominator adjusted its economic policies to meet the requirements of social and economic development.On the one hand,this has injected vitality into the economic development of North China.On the other hand,the changes of national defense types of economic layout restricted the economic development of North China.
