摘　　要：介绍了陕西锌业有限公司冶炼烟气制酸装置采用氧化锌脱硫工艺处理尾气的应用实践情况。详细介绍了氧化锌脱硫工艺的工艺原理、工艺流程、主要设备及运行过程中存在的问题及解决措施。通过对尾气脱硫装置进行设备升级改造、优化工艺参数,烟气制酸装置排放的尾气ρ(SO_(2))<120 mg/m^(3),颗粒物(ρ)<15 mg/m^(3),远低于GB 25466—2010的要求,在硫酸尾气达标排放的同时提高了资源的综合利用率,实现了循环经济生产。The application and practice of zinc oxide desulfurization process in off-gas treatment of sulphuric acid plant from smelter flue gas in Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The process principle,process flow,main equipments and problems in operation of zinc oxide desulfurization process are introduced in detail.Through equipment upgrading and process parameters optimization of off-gas desulfurization device,the off-gasρ(SO_(2))<120 mg/m^(3)and particulate matter(ρ)<15 mg/m^(3)emitted by flue gas sulphuric acid plant are far lower than the requirements of GB 25466-2010.The comprehensive utilization rate of resources is improved while the off-gas of sulphuric acid is discharged up to the standard,and the circular economy production is realized.
