摘　　要：介绍了曼海姆法硫酸钾生产装置的工艺流程,针对生产中出现的问题,提出了曼海姆炉、硫化氢气体吸收系统、上料和出料系统及公共设施的改造及建议,保证生产装置的稳定运行,为曼海姆法硫酸钾生产厂家优化和改进设备工艺提供借鉴。The technological process of potassium sulfate production plant by Mannheim process is introduced.In view of the problems in production,the transformation and suggestions of Mannheim furnace,hydrogen sulfide gas absorption system,feeding and discharging system and public facilities are put forward,so as to ensure the stable operation of production plant,and provide reference for Mannheim process potassium sulfate manufacturers to optimize and improve equipment and process.
