带虹吸罐的卧式泵在硫酸系统酸性废水输送中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂硫酸系统酸性废水输送工艺改造实践。针对原有长轴液下泵在酸性废水输送过程中的容易堵塞,维修复杂等缺点,创造性地使用了带虹吸罐的卧式泵用于硫酸系统酸性废水的输送。改造后,降低了检修人员的检修强度与难度,节省了检修时间和检修成本。The transformation practice of acid wastewater transportation process in sulphuric acid system of Nickel Smelting plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.is introduced.In view of the shortcomings of the original long axis submerged pump in the process of acid wastewater transportation,such as easy blockage and complex maintenance,the horizontal pump with siphon tank is creatively used for the transportation of acid wastewater in sulphuric acid system.After the transformation,the maintenance intensity and difficulty of maintenance personnel are reduced,and the maintenance time and cost are saved.
