水性背涂材料在接装纸上的应用

摘　　要：通过在接装纸背面印刷不同牌号的水性背涂材料,测试和分析了水性背涂材料对接装纸性能的影响,优选出水性背涂材料JYBT-01。中试发现其能够显著增加接装纸背面亲水性、柔软度和平整性,并解决了接装纸背面易脱粉的问题。进一步通过实际上机搓接成烟时发现,通过在接装纸背面印刷JYBT-01,烟支的卷接速度和质量均得到提升,在保证烟支搓接质量时,机速可由5000支/分增加到6800支/分;在相同机速(6000支/分)条件下,卷烟不合格率由0.47%降低为0.08%。In this paper,the effects of different brands of aqueous back-coating materials on tipping paper were tested and analyzed after printing them on the back of the tipping paper.The aqueous back-coating material(Type JYBT-01)were optimized to significantly improve the hydrophilicity,softness and flatness of tipping paper.Meanwhile,the paper detect of linting and dusting of tipping paper was solved.Furthermore,the rolling speed and quality of cigarette have been improved significantly which has been verified by practice,while the JYBT-01 was printed on the back of the tipping paper.For example,the rolling speed was increased from 5000 sticks/min to 6800 sticks/min,and the defect rate of cigarette was reduced from 0.47%to 0.08%when the speed set at 6000 sticks/min.
