哑光水墨制备及其生产性能研究

摘　　要：以轻质碳酸钙与煅烧高岭土为主体原料,配合特种胶乳作为黏合剂,使用哑光粉调整水墨涂层哑度,黑色浆进行染色处理,其它辅助原料作为过程性助剂,开发出一种适合天鹅绒触感纸应用的水墨涂层。通过实验室实验及上机筛选出合适的哑光水墨各组分配比,经过一道气刀涂布生产出适合的哑光水墨涂布纸。要求水墨层具有良好的遮盖性能、哑度(75°角)≤5°、表面细腻、遮盖能力强、不掉色掉粉等性能。With light calcium carbonate and calcined kaolin as the main raw materials,special latex as the binder,matte powder as the adjustment of the dullness of the ink coating,black pulp as the dyeing treatment,and other auxiliary raw materials as process aids,an ink coating suitable for velvet touch paper is produced.Through laboratory experiments and computer screening out the appropriate distribution ratio of each group of matte ink,a suitable matte ink can be produced after air knife coating.The ink layer is required to have good covering performance,dumb degree(75°angle)≤5°,fine surface,strong covering ability,no fading and powder dropping performance.
