摘　　要：对复卷机生产过程中各个动作步骤进行分解,计算出复卷机的车速产能,作为复卷机设计参数选型的参考依据。分析复卷机运转车速以及换卷时间的影响因素及处理对策,提升复卷机产能效率。In the process of rewinder operation,each action step was decomposed,and the productive capacity of the rewinder was calculated,which is the reference for the design parameter selection of rewinders.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the rewinder’s running speed and roll change time and the countermeasures to improve the productivity efficiency of it.
