摘  要:为评价不同枣品种抗寒性,本文以8个枣品种为材料,以4℃为对照,分析在-10℃、-15℃、-20℃、-25℃、-30℃低温下处理枣枝条电导率、渗透调节物质和保护酶活性的变化,综合评价各品种抗寒性的差异,对不同品种枣的抗寒性进行了评价。结果表明:随着温度的降低,各品种枝条的相对电导率逐步增加,可溶性糖总体呈增加的趋势,淀粉含量变化趋势相反,蛋白质、脯氨酸含量及保护酶活性均呈先增加后降低的趋势。在-20℃~-25℃温度区间中,相对电导率急剧上升,可溶性糖、丙二醛、蛋白质和脯氨酸等渗透调节物质峰值出现在此区间中,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxidase dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性也在该温度区间达到峰值,且不同品种枣生理生化指标差异较大,枣枝条生理指标响应关键温度区间为-20℃~-25℃。相关性分析发现,温度与电导率、POD酶活性呈极显著性负相关,与淀粉、蛋白质呈显著性负相关。并应用灰色关联度进行综合评价,得出8个枣品种的抗寒性顺序为赞晶>大白铃>冬枣>灰枣>永城长红>骏枣>伏脆蜜>蜂蜜罐。In order to evaluate the cold resistance of different jujube varieties,8 jujube varieties were used as materials.Taking materials treated at 4℃as the control,the changes of electrical conductivity,osmotic adjustment substances and protective enzyme activities of branches at-10℃,-15℃,-20℃,-25℃,-30℃were analyzed,the differences of cold resistance of different varieties were comprehensively evaluated,and the cold resistance of different varieties of jujube was evaluated.The results showed that with the decrease of temperature,the relative conductivity of each variety increased gradually,the soluble sugar content increased and the protein,proline content and protective enzyme activity increased first and then decreased after low temperature treatment.In the temperature range of-20℃to-25℃,the relative conductivity increased sharply,and the osmotic adjustment substances such as sugar,malondialdehyde,protein and proline peaked in this range.Superoxidase dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)enzyme also peaked in this temperature range,and the physiological and biochemical indexes of different varieties of jujube were quite different.The key temperature range of physiological indexes of jujube branches was-20℃to-25℃.Correlation analysis showed that temperature had a significant negative correlation with electrical conductivity and POD activity,and had a significant negative correlation with starch and protein.The results showed that the order of cold resistance was‘Zanjing’>‘Dabailing’>‘Dongzao’>‘Huizao’>‘Yongchengchanghong’>‘Junzao’>‘Fucuimi’>‘Fengmiguan’.
