摘 要:在温室盆栽条件下比较柴油污染和未污染土壤中种植布顿大麦的分蘖数、种子产量、小穗数量、收获系数和地上干重的差异,通过两茬试验结果表明:受到柴油污染的土壤会显著抑制布顿大麦分蘖和地上干重,并显著降低种子产量和小穗数量,随着柴油污染程度的增加,抑制效果逐渐增强。4个浓度柴油污染土壤,布顿大麦均能完成第一茬和第二茬生育期,布顿大麦种子产量和小穗数量与土壤中柴油浓度呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。布顿大麦收获系数第二茬均高于第一茬;5g/kg和10g/kg柴油污染土壤中布顿大麦分蘖数第二茬极显著高于第一茬(P<0.01);30 g/kg柴油污染处理下,布顿大麦种子产量第二茬极显著高于第一茬(P<0.01);5 g/kg和30 g/kg柴油污染处理,布顿大麦小穗数量第二茬极显著高于第一茬(P<0.01);布顿大麦地上干重第一茬与第二茬差异不显著。The effects of planting Hordeum bogdanii on number of tillers,seed yield,spikelets number,harvest coefficient,above ground dry weight,were compared between diesel polluted and unpolluted soil in greenhouse.The results showed that the soil polluted by diesel oil significantly inhibited the tiller and above ground yield of Hordeum bogdanii,and significantly reduced the seed yield and the number of spikelets.With the increase of diesel pollution,the inhibition effect gradually increased.In the pot experiment,four concentrations of diesel polluted soil.Hordeum bogdanii can complete the entire growth period,and the seed yield and the number of spikelets are extremely negatively correlated with the diesel concentration in the soil.The harvest coefficient of second cutting was higher than the first.The tiller number of the second cutting was significantly higher than the first in the 5 g/kg and 10 g/kg diesel contaminated soil.The seed yield of the second cutting was significantly higher than the first in the 30 g/kg diesel oil treatment.The number of spikelets in the second cutting was significantly higher than the first in the treatment of 5 g/kg and 30 g/kg diesel oil.There was no significant difference in above ground dry weight of first cutting and second cutting.
