基于《灵枢·九针十二原》的员利针考辨及临床应用

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》中的九针是现代针刺工具的基础,员利针是九针之一,能迅速缓解急重症疼痛.文章通过查阅《灵枢经》,考辨员利针的形态及作用,制作出符合经旨的员利针,并将员利针运用于临床,治疗各种骨关节疼痛如肘关节、下肢关节疼痛等疾病,形成了以员利针解除筋痹为主的治疗疼痛性关节病的特色诊疗.The Nine Needles in the Huang di nei jing provide the basis for modern acupuncture tools,but modern needles are used less frequently,and the Yuanli needle is one of the nine needles of Huang di nei jing.The authors have read the Lingshusutra,examined the shape and function of the Yuanli needle.In addition,we made Yuanli needle that fits the mantra,and applied clinically the Yuanli needle to treat various bone and joint pains such as elbow and lower limb Pain and other diseases.It has formed the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of painful arthropathy based on Yuanli needle to relieve tendons.
