摘  要:以异氰酸酯和多元醇作为反应原料,在催化和加热条件下将二者混合加热合成聚氨酯胶黏剂。通过调整异氰酸酯和多元醇的比例制备黏度和反应时间可控的聚氨酯预聚体,将此聚氨酯应用于不锈钢板和胶合板二者之间的胶黏。通过观察不锈钢板和胶合板之间的黏结情况研究异氰酸酯和多元醇不同比例制备聚氨酯的胶黏性能,选用合适的聚氨酯胶黏剂应用于钢板和胶合板之间的胶黏。结果表明:当A组分:B组分=3:5时,制备出的聚氨酯表现出了良好的黏结性能。Polyurethane adhesives were synthesized by using isocyanate and polyol as raw materials and heating them together under catalysis and heating conditions.By adjusting the ratio of isocyanate to polyol,the polyurethane prepolymer with controllable viscosity and reaction time was prepared.This polyurethane was applied to the adhesive between stainless steel plate and plywood.The adhesive properties of polyurethane prepared with different ratios of isocyanate and polyol were studied by observing the adhesion between stainless steel plate and plywood.A suitable polyurethane adhesive was selected for the adhesive between stainless steel plate and plywood.The results show that when A component:B component=3:5,the prepared polyurethane exhibits good bonding properties.
