摘  要:韧性概念提出以来,经历了工程韧性、生态韧性到演化韧性的发展,为灾害的治理和规划应对提供了指导。社区是城乡社会的基本组成单元,也是灾害中的主要承灾体,如何在规划中融入韧性理念提升其"反弹"恢复能力是学术界和实践领域关注的重点。现有研究多讨论各类灾害冲击下城市社区的韧性提升,对乡村社区关注不足。基于演化韧性理念提出社会联结、能力建设、灵活规划和系统创新四维社会属性的灾后重建规划策略框架,并以芦山县龙门乡灾后重建规划为例,分析揭示演化韧性理念在灾后乡村社区可持续发展中的重要作用,为相关规划提供思路借鉴。The concept of resilience has experienced a development process from engineering resilience to ecological resilience to evolutionary resilience, and has provided guidance for disaster management and reconstruction planning. Community is regarded as the basic unit of urban and rural society, and is also the main bearing unit in disasters. Thus, how to integrate the concept of resilience into planning to improve its recovery ability is the foci of scholars and practitioners. Current studies mostly discuss improvement of the resilience of urban communities under the impact of various disasters, yet insufficient attention has been paid to rural communities. Based on the concept of evolutionary resilience, this paper proposes a post-disaster planning framework of four social attributes dimensional including connectivity, capital building, flexibility, and innovation. Taking the planning of Longmen village in Lushan county as an example, our analysis reveals that evolutionary resilience plays an important role in sustainable development in rural communities′ post-disaster planning, and provides reference for relevant researches.
