摘 要:Hg^(2+)不仅污染环境,还会引发多种疾病,危害人体健康.因此,实现对Hg^(2+)的快速灵敏检测十分必要.传统的Hg^(2+)检测方法存在一定的局限性,而基于T-Hg^(2+)-T结构的汞离子生物传感器具有高特异性、高稳定性的优势,近些年得到广泛研究和应用.本文简要介绍了T-Hg^(2+)-T结构的概念和特点,并从荧光型、比色型和电化学型3个方面综述了基于T-Hg^(2+)-T结构的汞离子生物传感器的研究进展,对未来的发展前景进行了展望.Hg^(2+)not only results in environmental pollution,but also causes a variety of diseases and is harmful to human health.Therefore,it is essential to achieve the rapid and sensitive detection of Hg2+.Traditional Hg2+detection methods have some limitations in applications.Recently,Hg2+biosensors based on T-Hg^(2+)-T structure have been widely studied and applied because of their high specificity and stability.This paper briefly introduced the concept and characteristics of T-Hg^(2+)-T structure and reviewed the research progress of fluorescent,colorimetric and electrochemical Hg^(2+)biosensors based on T-Hg^(2+)-T structure.The future prospect of such kind of biosensor was also discussed.
