摘　　要：户外运动服具有较高的功能性、舒适性、专业化面料类型及款式设计要求,需要满足特定的洗护条件,否则会造成功能损伤。洗护标签是家电企业、洗涤剂企业及消费者了解和掌握户外运动服洗护条件的重要途径,然而相关认知及重视程度均不足。通过调研10个高占比品牌、共计432件户外运动服饰耐久性标签,统计并分析纤维成分、洗涤、干燥、漂白、熨烫等护理标签信息。发现:(1)涤纶、锦纶、棉是户外运动服最常用的三类纤维,冲锋衣占有市场重要地位;(2)76.2%的户外运动服的水洗方式为"机洗,最高温30℃,常规或缓和",97.9%不可干洗,97%不可漂白;(3)46.5%户外运动服可转笼干燥,28.3%的自然晾干为阴凉处悬挂晾干或悬挂晾干;(4)41.5%户外运动服不可熨烫。研究结果将有助于家电企业、洗涤剂企业及消费者全面了解户外运动服的护理要求,设计、使用合理的洗护产品。Outdoor sportswear needs to be functional and comfortable.It also has requirements for professional fabric type and style design.It needs to meet specific washing conditions,otherwise it will cause functional damage.Washing label is an important way for household appliances enterprises,detergent enterprises and consumers to understand the demand of caring outdoor sportswear,but the recognition and attention are insufficient by now.This paper investigated 432 durability labels of outdoor sportswear from 10 high proportion brands,and analyzed the information of caring labels such as fiber composition,washing,drying,bleaching and ironing.It was found that:(1)polyester,nylon and cotton are three most commonly used fibers in outdoor sportswear,and storm wear occupies an important position in the market;(2)the wash program of 76.2%of outdoor sportswear is‘washed by machine,the highest temperature is 30℃,routine or moderate’;97.9%of outdoor sportswear cannot be dry cleaned and 97%cannot be bleached;(3)46.5%of outdoor sportswear can be dried in rotary drums;28.3%can be natural air-dried and the approach is hanging or hanging in the shade;(4)41.5%of outdoor sportswear cannot be ironed.The research results will help household appliances enterprises,detergent enterprises and consumers to fully understand the requirements of outdoor sportswear caring,design and use reasonable cleaning products.
