涤纶POY过尾成功率提升的探讨

摘　　要：通过对涤纶预取向丝(POY)的底层丝进行物性指标分析,并对POY后加工过尾情况数据进行统计分析,发现POY-DTY过尾成功率是多种因素综合影响的结果。试验表明,适当增加卷绕初始角度,提升网络压力,通过设备改进减少夹结丝,提升纸管质量和合理选择POY油剂,均可改善POY过尾成功率。Through the analysis of the physical properties of the polyester POY bottom yarn and the statistical analysis of the POY over-tail data, it is found that the over-tail success rate of POY-DTY is the result of a comprehensive influence of multiple factors. Tests have shown that appropriately increasing the initial winding angle, increasing the interlace pressure, reducing the pinched wire through equipment improvement, improving the quality of the paper pipe and the reasonable selection of POY oil agent can all improve the over-tail success rate of POY.
