摘 要:采用改良的瞬态平面热源法(MTPS)对化学短纤维和长丝进行散热性能测试,并对测试参数进行研究。结果表明:在施加力值为5 N、试样测试质量为3.0 g的条件下,短纤散热性能测试较为稳定,且短纤在经过预处理后会严重降低其热逸散率。与短纤不同的是,经过梳理整齐的化学长丝在测试时可有效表征其瞬间凉感性能,相比于未经梳理的长丝,其热逸散率值可提升约一倍;并且选取传感器表面最大测试根数450根进行瞬间凉感测试时,空白样与凉感纤维间具有明显差异。MTPS法适用于不同材质的化学短纤维以及同规格的普通化学长丝与凉感化学长丝的散热性能测试。The improved transient plane heat source method(MTPS)cooling performance test was carried out on the testing of chemical staple fiber and chemical filament.After studying,5 N as force value and 3.0 g as sample weight were proved optimize test parameters.Under this condition,the cooling performance of chemical staple fibre was relatively stable.Furthermore,pretreatment could reduce the chemical staple fibre’s heat dissipation rate seriously.Unlike staple fiber,neatly groomed chemical filament in the test could effectively characterize its instantly cool sensibility.Compared to the filament without the combing,its heat dissipation rate value could promote about double.Selected 450 roots as the max covering area of the sensor,the cool feeling between blank sample and cool sense sample was difference with great deal.It was proved that MTPS method could be used to compare cooling performance among short chemical fibers of different materials,ordinary and cool chemical filaments of the same specification.
